In the first Q&A episode, I answer some of the most asked questions I have received pertaining to La Tribu. When do I know I need a coach? What should I look for in a coach? These are a couple of the questions I cover in this episode.
I also introduce The Gauntlet. The new 30 day program that will focus on the 5 foundation pillars of La Tribu (Faith, Family, Fitness, Fruitfulness and Fellowship). At the end of the 30 days you will be able to answer 2 important questions. 1. Are you doing everything in your power to be the best version of yourself for those you love? 2.
