In this Part 2, I go into the other 3 Cultures and the pros and cons of each. If you're in a leadership position, you must decide what culture you want. And then communicate that down. If you don't know what you want, how do you expect your team to know what they can and can't do?

In my coaching experience, majority of business owners believe they want a certain culture but in reality they are not ok with everything that comes with it. The sooner you can gain the clarity on what you want, the sooner everything starts working better in the workplace. Clan culture sounds the most appealing. Why? Because it functions like a family. And that sounds great. But if leadership isn't ok with everything that brings, it can create a lot of difficult and stressful moments for everyone involved.

EP#155: Men and Reaching Out For Help
Tuesday Feb 07, 2023
Tuesday Feb 07, 2023
It's clear that we have failed Men. For some reason it has been made "unmanly" to reach out for help, and in some circles it is seen as weak. More than ever we need to change the narrative and make it not only ok, but necessary. WE all need someone we can open up to. Again, it is a NECESSITY.

EP #154: The Message -Not Everyone Will Be Happy With Your Change
Tuesday Apr 12, 2022
Tuesday Apr 12, 2022
One of the things most overlooked when someone decides to make a change is, how will others react to it? Yes there will be those that are happy for you and will do whatever they need to make you be successful. But what about those that won't be? How do you handle those situations? Like everything else, it starts with being aware and planning for it.
